- Phone-focused support (inbound and outbound) with additional email support and multitasking
What You’ll Do
- Support US-based business customers by phone (inbound and outbound) with technical help and app education
- Manage email inquiries while handling a high volume of calls
- Resolve customer issues on first contact when possible and document everything accurately in Salesforce
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional approach in every interaction
- Escalate critical issues to technical support and share feedback on bugs, service issues, and provider concerns
- Continuously improve product knowledge and strengthen customer support skills
- Collaborate respectfully with teammates and cross-functional departments
What You Need
- Customer service and/or technical support experience (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage high-volume calls and emails while staying composed
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort handling challenging situations under time pressure
- A “People First” mindset with empathy and clear, professional communication
- Solid knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and Google Workspace (GSuite)
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to explain tech clearly
