Schedule

  • Remote (United States)
  • Full-time
  • Based in EST or CST time zones
  • Phone-focused support (inbound and outbound) with additional email support and multitasking

What You’ll Do

  • Support US-based business customers by phone (inbound and outbound) with technical help and app education
  • Manage email inquiries while handling a high volume of calls
  • Resolve customer issues on first contact when possible and document everything accurately in Salesforce
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional approach in every interaction
  • Escalate critical issues to technical support and share feedback on bugs, service issues, and provider concerns
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and strengthen customer support skills
  • Collaborate respectfully with teammates and cross-functional departments

What You Need

  • Customer service and/or technical support experience (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume calls and emails while staying composed
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort handling challenging situations under time pressure
  • A “People First” mindset with empathy and clear, professional communication
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and Google Workspace (GSuite)
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to explain tech clearly
