Be the first real human customers reach when they need help navigating the SportsRecruits platform. You’ll support student-athletes, parents, and coaches through onboarding, troubleshooting, and renewals while helping the team spot patterns that improve the product and customer experience.

SportsRecruits is a sports recruiting network that connects athletes, clubs, events, and college coaches in the recruiting process. It’s part of IMG Academy, supporting student-athletes with tools and services that help them prepare for college and life.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote-first (option to work full or part-time from the New York office)
  • Customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Annual company meetup in Florida

What You’ll Do

  • Manage onboarding workflows for new users and renewal workflows for existing customers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams and help drive resolution
  • Analyze data to identify product improvements, internal efficiencies, and troubleshooting opportunities
  • Collect, organize, and share customer feedback as the voice of the customer
  • Contribute to and maintain customer-facing documentation and resources
  • Support Customer Success Managers during onboarding and implementation for club and high school customers

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of customer success or customer support experience
  • Passion for helping people succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, patience, and perseverance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Interest in improving the customer experience continuously
  • Understanding of college recruiting and the high school/club sports space
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight (plus)
  • Experience with the college athletic recruiting process (plus)
