Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Collaborative work with cross-functional teams in Technical Support, Implementation, and Product
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients after LMS implementation
  • Guide training administrators through onboarding, product adoption, and best practices
  • Respond to client inquiries via Salesforce with clarity and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or platform issues
  • Monitor client activity and LMS usage to identify training opportunities and drive engagement
  • Share updates, feature enhancements, and best practices tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and track resolution paths
  • Provide feedback to improve customer journeys and internal playbooks

What You Need

  • 1–3 years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Support, or Training)
  • Experience with LMS or EdTech platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail in client interactions and data management
  • Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of compliance training and eLearning formats (SCORM, video, assessments) a plus
  • Experience supporting regulated industries (banking, insurance, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
