- Collaborative work with cross-functional teams in Technical Support, Implementation, and Product
- Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients after LMS implementation
- Guide training administrators through onboarding, product adoption, and best practices
- Respond to client inquiries via Salesforce with clarity and empathy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or platform issues
- Monitor client activity and LMS usage to identify training opportunities and drive engagement
- Share updates, feature enhancements, and best practices tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and track resolution paths
- Provide feedback to improve customer journeys and internal playbooks
What You Need
- 1–3 years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Support, or Training)
- Experience with LMS or EdTech platforms preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail in client interactions and data management
- Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of compliance training and eLearning formats (SCORM, video, assessments) a plus
- Experience supporting regulated industries (banking, insurance, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
