What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients using the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Guide client training administrators through onboarding, usage, and optimization
- Respond to client inquiries via Salesforce with clear, empathetic communication
- Monitor LMS usage and share relevant tips, best practices, and product updates
- Customize training strategies to align with each client’s size, industry, and goals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technical Support, and Implementation teams
What You Need
- 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Support, or Training
- Experience with LMS or EdTech platforms (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with eLearning tools, SCORM content, and compliance training
- Experience working with clients in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus
