On The Stage is an all-in-one SaaS platform built by theatre professionals and technologists to empower community, educational, and independent theatre makers. Our platform includes online ticketing, promotional sites, engagement tools, live streaming, and more—bringing Broadway-caliber technology to arts organizations nationwide. Over one million tickets have been sold via our platform, and we continue to grow every month.

Schedule

  • Part-time role, 15–20+ hours per week
  • Requires evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day client support, including troubleshooting, ticketing, and event coverage
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to prioritize client needs
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and communicate updates internally
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, instructional content, and training materials
  • Host webinars, Q&A sessions, and group training for clients
  • Support other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service, technical support, or B2B SaaS experience
  • 2+ years working in a box office, ticketing, or live event environment
  • Experience with G-Suite, Slack, Asana, and LiveAgent or Zendesk a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and quick to learn new platforms
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: background or strong interest in the performing arts
