- Engage via phone, email, and chat support
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for gig workers, offering guidance and support
- Proactively engage workers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
- Respond promptly to inquiries and issues across multiple channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless worker experience
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide regular reports to management
- Contribute ideas to improve customer success strategies and processes
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer success, customer support, or related role (gig economy or staffing industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust
- Problem-solving mindset and creativity in handling challenges
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with a passion for worker success
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer support platforms
- Independent, organized, and able to work remotely with strong time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for the gig economy and workforce empowerment
