Schedule

  • Collaborative customer success team

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with restaurants to review and optimize their Menufy service
  • Conduct outreach to improve retention and share new product offerings
  • Monitor and update customers’ online presence across platforms (Google, Apple, Facebook, Yelp, etc.)
  • Communicate with external partners (e.g., Google Support) to assist customers
  • Lead performance reviews and deliver practical solutions to clients
  • Maintain competitive knowledge and recommend optimizations to customer settings

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required
  • 2+ years of industry or related experience required
  • 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills
