Job Overview:

Customer Success Specialists provide technical and educational support and solutions to client school districts through various communication channels. This role is responsible for providing superior customer service, so we are looking for sociable individuals with strong communication and problem solving skills. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with scheduled hours Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6:30 pm CST.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop understanding of software functionality and how it applies to educational standards and best practice
Provide customer support through guidance and training
Display positive and professional image to clients
Build and maintain client relationships
Work with customers to find solutions and resolve issues
Create instructional documents and other publications to enhance client experience
Participate in basic software testing for custom forms, user-reported bugs, and overall functionality
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work closely with a team and take direction from management
Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:30 am-6:30 pm CST
