Responsibilities
- Customer Success Process & Ticketing: Design, manage, and optimize ticketing workflows for customer/member needs, ensuring effective reporting and issue resolution
- Member Outreach: Coordinate proactive outreach to address member concerns via Soda Health’s Customer Care team
- Customer Experience: Analyze ticketing insights to anticipate pain points and mitigate risks
- Training & Education: Create and maintain customer-facing training materials, deliver product training, and share release notes with supporting content
- Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with customer success vendor partners to ensure alignment and quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or Customer Service (health tech or healthcare background preferred)
- Proven ability to manage escalation queues with urgency and accuracy
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex issues and drive buy-in
- Demonstrated professionalism, determination, and ability to build trust across teams
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and resilience in the face of ambiguity
Other Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
- Comfortable with distributed remote work and equipped with reliable internet and basic home office setup
- Background check required upon offer
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000 – $134,500 (depending on experience/qualifications)
