What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a set revenue quota
- Act as a trusted advisor by developing deep product knowledge and sharing best practices
- Monitor customer health, mitigate churn risks, and advocate for customer needs internally
- Partner with Professional Services on implementations and serve as a consistent point of contact
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to relay feedback and shape product direction
- Track and report on success metrics such as adoption, retention, churn, ARR growth, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with technical support teams
What You Need
- 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related SaaS roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools
- Demonstrated track record of driving retention and account growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distributor software solutions or related business operations
- Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based technologies
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies (NPS, CSAT, churn analysis)
- Evidence of consistent net revenue growth in previous account management roles
