Compensation

  • $90K – $145K base salary
  • Equity options available

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sale customer engagements from onboarding through adoption and renewals
  • Drive and scale customer success initiatives to ensure customers unlock Motion’s full potential
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track customer health and identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver personalized training and onboarding sessions for maximum impact
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic customers, aligning their goals with Motion’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence improvements
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ customer success/account management experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and growth in customer accounts
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with executive-level discussions
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Front
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights from customer metrics
  • Proactive problem-solver with ownership mentality
  • High resilience and willingness to work hard
