About the role
As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating high volume, time-sensitive, and critical project functions to support the Enterprise Customer Success team. This may include assisting with reporting and data analysis, updates to the CRM, project work for customers, and administrative support (i.e. scheduling meetings, taking notes). The right candidate is comfortable being customer-facing, participating in meetings, and leading correspondence with corporate customers to ensure they are utilizing the full product. This remote role will always be expected to go above and beyond for customers, maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic. It will be challenging but rewarding!

Apply critical thinking and data analytics to proactively manage and address customer success and related issues throughout the duration of the customer life-cycle
Manage multiple projects from start to finish while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
Fully understand customer requests, document and engage appropriate resources in support and product as needed
About you

1+ years experience in a Customer Success or Sales role (veterinary industry experience preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great people skills: positive, friendly, patient, and empathetic
Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and working closely with others in a team environment
Experience with Salesforce, a CS tool, or automation tools are a plus, as well as PetDesk or products similar to PetDesk!

This is a non-exempt, full-time position, with an expected hourly rate of $22-24/hr DOE.
