The Role: Customer Success Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote (within the United States)

About This Role:

As a Hazel Health Customer Success Coordinator, you will serve in a critical role that supports the day-to-day operations of our implementation and customer success team. Your excellent attention to detail will ensure that back-end systems are set up correctly for school site staff who rely on Hazel to support their students. Your work will vary day to day as the needs of the customer success team and our district partners change.

What You’ll Do:

  • Timely completion of administrative tasks that are essential to customer and internal teams. This includes but is not limited to provisioning accounts, updating account permissions, tracking training completion, submitting and monitoring tickets, monitoring engagement.
  • Become an expert in our product and service model
  • Support with basic technology troubleshooting
  • Assist our implementation team in school site trainings (virtually), track attendance, input information into our CRM
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. At times different teammates may ask for your assistance and it will be essential to prioritize (with your manager’s guidance) and track multiple deliverables
  • Additional duties as assigned.
