What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond to client emails within 24 hours with resolution updates
- Facilitate project plans, timelines, and communications with customers
- Identify process improvements and revenue opportunities for clients
- Escalate and resolve client issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Spot upsell opportunities and coordinate with the Client Executive team
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring client goals and challenges are understood and addressed
- Manage additional projects and tasks as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 4+ years in client/account management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to resolution
- Familiarity with project management procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
