Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role
- Based in the U.S. (New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, or Seattle preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of banking clients, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Troubleshoot escalations and resolve urgent platform issues in real time
- Lead contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities with sales
- Partner with product/engineering to advocate for customer needs
- Train bank employees on platform usage and updates
- Support implementations during peak demand periods
- Organize customer events, conferences, and summits
- Navigate complex client relationships with tact and resilience
What You Need
- Proven relationship-building and account management skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, customer-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
- Background in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Technical knowledge of integrations or SaaS platforms
- Experience with renewals or contract negotiations
