Prelim is seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage relationships with our growing portfolio of banking clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while supporting financial institutions in effectively using our platform.   • Preferred locations: New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of banking clients with regular check-ins and relationship building across all levels, from staff to executives
  • Troubleshoot urgent platform issues and handle escalations, often via real-time calls
  • Lead contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities, collaborating with sales
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to advocate feature requests and bug fixes with product/engineering
  • Train bank employees on platform usage and best practices
  • Manage support ticket flow and ensure timely resolution
  • Organize and execute customer events, summits, and conferences
  • Assist with implementations during resource crunches (configuration, project management)
  • Create release notes and communicate platform updates clearly
  • Navigate difficult customer situations and de-escalate while protecting team priorities

What You Need

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical aptitude with problem-solving abilities for platform troubleshooting
  • Composure under pressure with excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and context-switch effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a genuine focus on customer success
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the continental U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
  • B2B SaaS customer success or account management background
  • Familiarity with integrations and technical workflows
  • Contract negotiation and renewal experience

Compensation & Benefits
