What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of banking clients, conducting regular check-ins and building stakeholder relationships
- Troubleshoot escalations and resolve urgent technical issues in real-time
- Lead contract renewal discussions and identify upsell opportunities
- Train banking staff on platform usage and best practices
- Manage support ticket flow and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
- Contribute to customer events like summits and conferences
- Step in on implementations during resource crunches
What You Need
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- A genuine care for customer success and willingness to go above and beyond
Nice to Have
