Compensation and Working Hours
$20/hourfor up to 20 hours per week, with the intention oftransitioning to a full-time
position. This is a fully remote position, with no requirementto come into the office. The
expected working hours are evenings and weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
Overview
Eventeny is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our rapidly growing team.
The ideal applicant will possess experience in customer service, knowledge base article
management, and have a strong grasp ofthe English language and proper grammar. Upon
hiring,the Customer Success Associate will join the Customer Success team, and work
closely with other internal teams.
The Customer Success Associate will mainly focus on responding to and engaging with the
Eventeny community on various platforms, monitoring Eventeny’s website forterms and
conditions violators, and assisting the Customer Success team with various customer
service duties when needed.
Here’s what you’ll do
● Answer customer support questions via email (primarily), phone (occasionally), and
occasionally other channels.
● Interact with the Eventeny community on a micro level via forums or other channels.
● Monitor and analyze events on Eventeny’s platform to ensure compliance with our
Terms and Conditions.
● Collaborate with internal teams to establish content objectives, complete tasks, and
identify and solve problems.
● Work with internalteams to obtain an in-depth understanding ofthe platform.
● Occasionally attend ortake customer meetings.
Here’s what we’re looking for
● 1+ years experience in a customer support or customer success role.
● 1+ year Software as a Service (SaaS) experience, in combination or separately from
above.
● Excellent communication and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Familiarity with G Suite applications.
● Some familiarity with Zendesk preferred.
● Some familiarity with Eventeny is a plus, but notrequired.
