About the Job

As a key member of the B2B team, the Customer Success Associate will help craft our customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and collaborate internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. You’ll report to our B2B Senior Manager, Victoria Van Horsen, and will work closely with both the B2B team as well as cross-functional teams at Magoosh. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.

This is a 100% remote role (i.e., work from anywhere in the U.S.!). For this role, you must be available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm within any continental US time zone (ranging from Eastern to Pacific Standard Time). You must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Location-based salary ranges:

Tier 1:$35.00-$45.00/hr

SF Bay Area Metro Area
NY Tri-State Metro Area
Seattle-Tacoma Metro Area
Tier 2: $31.00-$40.50/hr

All other cities in the US

In this position, you will…

Support the entire relationship with clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
Build relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content (videos, FAQs, guides), with help from the internal team
Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
Support with ad-hoc sales responsibilities, with the potential to own small sales in the future
Help plan logistics for conferences and potentially attend as an exhibitor
