- Standard call center hours with schedule adherence required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Provide detailed loan information and policy explanations to customers
- Deliver clear written and verbal communication while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Balance multitasking with deadlines, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation
- Build positive, professional relationships with customers in all interactions
- Collaborate as part of a team to deliver seamless service experiences
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–1 years of related experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfort working in a structured call center environment
