Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must be local to Jacksonville, FL)
- Standard call center hours; schedule flexibility required
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service within set timeframes
- Access loan information to provide accurate, timely assistance
- Explain policies and procedures clearly to customers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Multitask, meet deadlines, and provide both verbal and written responses as needed
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a supportive, professional experience
- Collaborate with the call center team to meet quality and performance goals
- Maintain punctual attendance and comply with company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 0–1 years of related customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working with confidential information and adhering to compliance standards
Workplace & Physical Requirements
- Remote role; must be based in Jacksonville, FL
- Occasional sitting, walking, or bending (up to 33% of the time)
- Light repetitive hand motion
- No heavy lifting required
