Schedule

  • Remote (U.S.)
  • Travel up to 25% for onboarding, training, adoption, and optimization support
  • Portfolio-based role managing multiple customer priorities

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Advocate for customers internally and represent end-user needs across PerfectServe
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and satisfaction for Lightning Bolt Scheduling
  • Build deep product and workflow expertise around scheduling and operational best practices
  • Monitor utilization, adoption trends, and service request data to identify risk and prevent issues
  • Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives that deliver measurable customer value
  • Own escalated service issues and coordinate internal teams for timely resolution
  • Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consultants to build and execute customer account plans
  • Lead retention and save efforts when needed, coordinating stakeholders and next steps
  • Ensure seamless delivery of client-facing services through cross-functional collaboration

What You Need

  • 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
  • 2+ years supporting SaaS products (healthcare software experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with scheduling workflows (preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to apply a platform to solve customer challenges
  • Strong consultative communication skills with excellent written documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and process change
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
