Schedule

  • 100% Remote (must reside in eligible U.S. states)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (11:30 AM–8 PM ET or local equivalent)
  • Training: 60-day onboarding period, 9 AM–5:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday
  • Weekend availability (Sat–Sun, 7:30 AM–4 PM ET) as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and timely solutions via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Research customer issues and resolve complex inquiries using multiple software tools.
  • Ensure customers are informed on order status and product details.
  • Apply critical thinking and de-escalation strategies to resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate across departments to support both customer and company success.
  • Receive feedback and coaching to continuously refine your skills.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while balancing multiple priorities.

What You Need

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
  • Quiet, dedicated home office with a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection.
  • Ability to work the required training and full schedule.
  • Passion for helping others, learning, and adapting to change.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or support.
  • Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
