OVERVIEW

An entry level part-time role on our Customer Solutions Team, where you will assist customers in placing orders, answering questions, and providing product knowledge. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer in-bound customer calls for order placement and inquiries. 
  • Create customer accounts – obtain customer information such as name, address, email address, payment method and enter orders into ordering software. 
  • Offer promotions, products, and services to customers. 
  • Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of our customers. 
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers. 
  • Adhere to KPIs provided by leadership. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help customers.
  • Familiar with keyboard and basic computer skills – including using Windows based programs, navigating the Internet, and willing to learn new technologies and be comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a computer.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills, English fluency and proficiency, personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding service. 
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.
  • Must have reliable wired connection internet.
  • Must have a distraction free workspace.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to commute to the Bowling Green, KY office for a one week training (Nov 27-Dec1 or Dec 18-Dec 22)
  • Must be able to commit to 16 hours of work per week – you choose your own schedule
