Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must reside in one of the approved states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Two evening shifts weekly (12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST)
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and resolve account inquiries
- Process payments and explain account details (interest, statements, balances)
- Direct delinquent or at-risk accounts to appropriate teams
- Assist with administrative tasks including reports and email follow-ups
- Support training by shadowing and mentoring new hires
- Deliver one-call resolutions by leveraging company resources
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and professional phone presence
- Persuasion and negotiation skills with ability to handle tough conversations
- Strong typing and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to change
