Schedule
- Full-time remote role (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls regarding customer account questions and process routine payments
- Provide clear information on interest, statements, and account details while troubleshooting customer issues
- Recognize and route delinquent accounts, ensuring one-call resolution whenever possible
- Support training efforts for new hires through shadowing and reporting feedback
- Assist with department tasks such as working reports, handling emails, and administrative duties
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
- Professional phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with tact in stressful conversations
- Fast, accurate typing skills and keen attention to detail
