Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
  • Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
  • One Saturday shift every 5 weeks

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls regarding customer account questions and perform callbacks as needed
  • Process phone payments and guide customers on available resources like the online portal or IVR
  • Provide accurate account details, including statements, interest, and balances
  • Recognize delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and route appropriately
  • Use company resources to achieve one-call resolutions
  • Assist with department administrative tasks (reports, emails, documentation)
  • Support new hire training through shadowing and reporting progress to management
  • Maintain professionalism while handling difficult or stressful conversations

What You Need

  • Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, OR relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and email
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong typing and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under deadlines and adapt to change productively
