What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound call queues: assist with returns, shipping concerns, credits, and service questions; route sales calls to the right team
- Monitor Outlook inboxes and respond to requests (returns, tracking, order submissions, package investigations)
- Facilitate returns for the sales team, including issuing RMAs and providing return labels
- Document customer interactions and activity in the CRM
- Coordinate across Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, and other departments/partners to resolve logistics issues, transfers, and returns
- Provide backup support for the Sales Coverage Team as needed
- Flex between Retail and Corporate Sales support to maintain consistent coverage
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfort with data entry and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and active listening across phone and written channels
- Solid time management, organization, and follow-through with deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma/equivalent or associate degree
- Bonus points for sales, industry, and/or telesales experience
