Schedule

  • Full time, Remote (states eligible listed below)
  • Pay range: $18.00–$19.00/hr
  • Schedule includes two evening shifts per week (12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST)
  • One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
  • Remote employees must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and complete callbacks related to customer account questions
  • Process routine over-the-phone payments
  • Guide customers to self-service options like the online portal and IVR when helpful
  • Explain interest, statements, and other account details clearly and accurately
  • Identify delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and route customers to the right support team
  • Use company resources to aim for one-call resolutions
  • Support administrative tasks across departments (reports, emails, and other assigned tasks)
  • Support new hire training by shadowing, training, and reporting progress to management
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues related to products or services

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, OR relevant applicable experience
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
  • Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to stay tactful in stressful conversations
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Availability for required evening shifts and occasional Saturday schedule
