Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Salary range: $41,600–$45,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Support customers across phone, email, chat, and social media with consistent service
- Resolve inquiries accurately and quickly, owning the issue through full resolution
- Navigate multiple systems to access customer information, document interactions, and provide correct product/policy details
- Listen actively, identify needs, and offer solutions or escalate when needed
- Maintain strong product knowledge, meet performance standards, and improve through training
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen service quality and efficiency
What You Need
- Full fluency in Spanish and English
- Customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment (strongly preferred)
- Comfort using multiple modern systems, software tools, and communication platforms
- Experience resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to think independently
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred, not required)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
