The he shift will be 8:30am-5pm EST for a three month training period, then a move to 9am-6pm EST, with a potential for split shifts of 4x10s (4 days a week working 10 hour days with a day off during the week as an option). Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, receives inbound calls regarding products and services; provides thorough and accurate responses to policy-holder inquiries regarding policy issues for products and services
- Accurately processes Point of Call transactions including, but not limited to, customer name changes, transfers, cancellations, and beneficiary changes; promotes good customer relations by providing premier customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor; develops customer relationships through rapport-building, listening skills, engaging the customer and building trust
- Composes and/or generates letters to request information or confirm action taken; is responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and displays a caring attitude; coordinates with other departments/divisions as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction with services and products
