What you’ll do
- Ensure balance across phone, email, and chat queues, reallocating resources as needed.
- Monitor real-time SLAs and metrics; directly accountable for attainment.
- Lead daily meetings to align global contact center sites on priorities and goals.
- Provide real-time support to site leadership, addressing escalations and ensuring top-tier CX.
- Generate and distribute daily reports and Huddle Decks; coordinate with Comms, Quality, and Training.
- Serve as liaison for cross-functional tasks and departmental support.
- Partner with Workforce Management to assign projects and maintain specialty coverage.
- Track, escalate, and close cross-team projects on time.
- Contribute to ad hoc customer service and shift management projects.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in retail/eCommerce customer service.
- 1+ year experience managing SLAs with real-time/historical data.
- Strong leadership skills; excellent communicator (written & verbal).
- Quick learner; thrives in fast pace; proven multi-tasking ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills; positive attitude.
- Tools: Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; Salesforce/CRM experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.

Compensation (by geo band)
- Band 2 (CO, IL, NJ, OR, TX, VA, WA): $22.71/hr
- Band 3 (AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, OK, TN, UT, WI): $20.84/hr
