Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls regarding products and services; provide thorough and accurate responses to policy-holder inquiries regarding policy issues
Process requests such as customer name changes, transfers, cancellations, and beneficiary changes
Promote good customer relations by providing premier customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor
Develop customer relationships through rapport-building, listening skills, engaging the customer and building trust
Compose and/or generate letters to request information or confirm action taken; coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Navigate computerized system for tracking, gathering and researching information
What you’ll have:
High School Diploma
2+ year of call center/customer service experience
High Speed Internet
PAY: $16.00 per hour OR $17.00 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish)
** 100% REMOTE – MUST be able to work shift between the hours of 8am – 8pm EST **
