Sutherland is now hiring Customer Care Representatives to provide outstanding and personal support to customers of an exciting streaming service that hosts some of the best content out there right now. In this role, you will be providing inbound customer care, primarily over the phone (but also via email from time to time) You’ll be helping to resolve billing issues, troubleshoot errors and concerns, and guide customers to the products and services that will best meet their entertainment needs.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Strong written communication skills
Some positions require bilingual (English/Portuguese) skills; hourly incentive provided.
