ur client is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a 6+ month position (potential temp to hire)
This position is 100% Remote, however the person MUST live in New Jersey!
Pay is $16.20/hour
Hours are 1:30pm ET to 10pm ET and one weekend day as well with an off day during the week
Job Description Customer Service Representative:
- This position is intended to be temporary to permanent based on performance
- Answer incoming telephone calls and satisfy customer needs, by scheduling appointments for sales and service
- Work with sales representatives and service specialists to maintain accurate customer records, monitor account receivables and process accurate payroll information.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Min of an Associates Degree required!
- Experience working from home
- Candidates need basic computer knowledge (navigating a computer effectively).
- Experience in SalesForce a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.20 – $16.20 Per Hour
