Sutherland, a global organization focused on providing the best experience for our customers’ customers, is currently seeking customer-focused, goal-oriented individuals to join a new program with one of our fast-growing clients.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to/from existing customers, always working to ensure that you are delivering an exceptional experience to every caller. You will assist consumers in a variety of areas such as general inquiries, verifying information, and focus on helping them to convert their billing statements from paper to e-billing.
These positions pay up to $19.50 and offer company-provided equipment. Hours will be 8-5PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization and collections skills
- Effective customer services skills with a proven ability to build rapport and to show empathy
- Working knowledge of PCs and familiarity with desktop tools
- Bachelor’s degree
