Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must reside in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Internet requirements: DSL or Cable only (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum, no satellite or wireless)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with product and service issues
  • Document call details for reporting and audits
  • Maintain and update customer information
  • Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer and navigation skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented
