Schedule
- Remote role — must live in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Arizona
- Full-time position with steady caseload management
- Standard business hours with flexibility for member needs
What You’ll Do
- Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple communication channels
- Manage caseloads while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance standards
- Escalate and resolve member issues to ensure timely turnaround and excellent service
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- 1+ year of healthcare-related experience
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Skills
- Bilingual Spanish (speak, read, write)
- Strong analytical or problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
