Schedule

  • Remote role — must live in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Arizona
  • Full-time position with steady caseload management

What You’ll Do

  • Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple communication channels
  • Manage caseloads while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance standards
  • Escalate and resolve member issues to ensure timely turnaround and excellent service

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
  • 1+ year of healthcare-related experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus Skills

  • Bilingual Spanish (speak, read, write)
  • Strong analytical or problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
