Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure satisfaction in every interaction
- Document interactions, update customer accounts, and maintain organized records
- Follow established communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers proactively to enhance their experience
- Perform ad hoc customer service or administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (B2C or B2B)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, B2 level or higher)
- Skilled in phone, email, and instant messaging communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, cloud services, VoIP, and desktop sharing
- Proficient with MS Office and basic spreadsheets
- Familiar with online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling customer-facing tasks
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Primary internet: at least 25 Mbps (cable/wired)
- Backup internet: at least 10 Mbps

Salary:
- Entry Level (1–3 years): up to $3,200 per month
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $4,000 per month
