Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position
- Full-time role with paid training
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with questions and account concerns
- Document account information accurately in client systems
- Provide clear explanations of account status and options
- Follow state and federal regulations for compliance
- Support customers with delinquent accounts when needed
- Promote additional products and services on qualified calls
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems
- Strong professionalism, attendance, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle calls efficiently
