Schedule

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM EST rotation)
  • 100% remote, computer equipment provided
  • Weekends off; overtime may be available

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding insurance policies
  • Assist with transaction requests and general inquiries
  • Provide advice and redirect to colleagues for specialized needs
  • Accurately document calls, handle complaints, and follow up on client issues
  • Suggest opportunities for service improvements and process enhancements

What You Need

  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
  • High school diploma required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to type 30–40 words per minute
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and organizational ability
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and call management software
