Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote position (Illinois-based)
What You’ll Do
- Answer and resolve member, provider, and plan sponsor inquiries via phone, internet, and written correspondence
- Guide members through benefits, policies, and self-service tools to create clear paths to care
- Process claim referrals, appeals, grievances, and pre-authorizations
- Document and track all contacts accurately in the system
- Educate providers on self-service options and assist with credentialing issues
- Support compliance with regulatory guidelines and respond to legal documentation requests
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and meeting production standards
- Technical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED required
Preferred
- 1 year of healthcare experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Must reside in Illinois
