  • Personalize each interaction and offer technical support using internal tools
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and manage multiple computer screens efficiently

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating new software quickly
  • Reliable home internet and distraction-free remote setup
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
