  • Involves web camera usage for virtual interactions

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from healthcare members and providers
  • Answer benefit and policy questions while entering details into the system in real time
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through professional, compassionate service

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred (health insurance or call center a plus)
  • Typing speed of 30–35 WPM preferred
  • High-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 20–25 Mbps upload) with ethernet connection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, basic computer literacy, and strong problem-solving skills
