Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shifts may vary between 8 AM – 10 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Potential weekend hours may be required
What You’ll Do
- Answer member and provider calls regarding claims, benefits, and general inquiries
- Document and track calls in HealthAxis and IKA databases accurately
- Provide information on benefits, claims, demographic changes, and PCP updates
- Maintain professional, positive communication with members and providers
- Participate in training, orientation, and ongoing education
- Contribute to call center quality metrics by meeting accuracy and timeliness standards
- Collaborate with teammates and support other departments as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience (required)
- Prior healthcare or health insurance experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective listening and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer/keyboard skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
