- Remote work only available in the following states: IN, IA, WI, ND, KY, AL, FL, OK, MI, NC, SC
- Weekends required
What You’ll Do
- Answer questions and resolve issues for process servers across the country
- Manage and dispatch casework to process servers and sheriff’s offices
- Use in-house software (Skye) to monitor fulfillment and task resolution
- Ensure process servers are active and able to accept assignments
- Obtain and confirm order statuses from various sources (calls, court dockets, etc.)
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or IT strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
