Schedule

  • Fully remote, U.S.-based position
  • Full-time schedule with structured breaks and lunch times
  • Must maintain reliable attendance and availability

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 8–10 inbound calls per hour from clients regarding patient medical records
  • Manage customer concerns, provide status updates, and resolve invoice or request issues
  • Accurately document call details and maintain service standards
  • Support training for new hires and serve as a knowledge resource
  • Build positive relationships with requestors including attorneys, insurance companies, and healthcare providers

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
