Schedule
- Fully remote, U.S.-based position
- Full-time schedule with structured breaks and lunch times
- Must maintain reliable attendance and availability
What You’ll Do
- Handle 8–10 inbound calls per hour from clients regarding patient medical records
- Manage customer concerns, provide status updates, and resolve invoice or request issues
- Accurately document call details and maintain service standards
- Support training for new hires and serve as a knowledge resource
- Build positive relationships with requestors including attorneys, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
