Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shifts may vary; flexibility required
- Must provide own work equipment (laptop/computer) and have a stable internet connection
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information or escalate to a supervisor as needed
- Document trip authorizations, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses
- Apply policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency
- Meet or exceed performance requirements set by the team
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, clients, and providers
What You Need
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to operate a standard telephone system and navigate computer applications
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Must pass DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable
- Flexible availability for shifts and schedules
Compensation
- Competitive pay: $12 – $15 per hour
