Schedule
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift within business hours
- Business hours: Monday–Sunday, 24/7
- Paid training: 3–6 weeks with 100% attendance expected

What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Listen, troubleshoot, and provide clear, accurate information to customers
- Access cardholder accounts to explain payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
- Help with transaction questions, account status, and general inquiries
- Process transactions in web-based applications and complete research requests accurately
- Communicate with empathy while protecting confidentiality and staying compliant
- Learn and follow client programs, policies, and internal tools
- Support team coverage during peak periods or absences
What You Need
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Ability to pass background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Comfort with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Dedicated home workspace (desk/chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download) and ability to complete an internet speed test
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
Benefits
- $14.00/hour starting day one (paid training included)
- Shift differential: $1.50/hour for hours worked between 6PM–6AM
- Weekend differential: $1.00/hour (Sat–Sun, 6AM–6PM)
- Incentives: up to $350/month after training based on performance metrics
