- Call center environment (high inbound/outbound volume)
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client calls with empathy and professionalism
- Educate clients on hardship programs and guide them through the full journey
- Resolve issues using active listening and critical thinking, aiming for first-call resolution
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, delivering practical solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs quickly
- Support retention by building product knowledge and providing consistent, top-tier service
- Navigate and troubleshoot multiple systems at once while documenting updates in the CRM
- Stay current on policies, procedures, and industry practices to give accurate guidance
- Meet performance expectations tied to service quality and efficiency
- Use feedback from leaders and team to improve and streamline workflows
What You Need
- 1+ year of relevant call center experience (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet with ethernet connection (required)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning complex systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and strong customer instincts
- Ability to handle routine and complex client inquiries independently
- Strong time management and organization
- Distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)

Pay
- $19 to $20 per hour (base pay range listed)
